  • Day 1: Arrival at Addis Ababa to the hotel depending on your arrival city tour and overnight at the hotel.
  • Day 2: Fly to Bahir Dar
    Morning early flight to Bahir Dar and boat trip on Lake Tana 175km which lie on southern lake shore close to Nile outlet and boat trip on Lake Tana which is 65 km in diameter cover a surface of 3673km2 and 14 m depth, afternoon visit Lake isolated church and monasteries by boat to visit the monasteries of Ura Kidane Mihret and Azwa Mariam which are found on the largest peninsula of the lake. These monasteries are known for the colorful frescoes of religious scenes, different ancient types of crosses, paintings, murals and an impressive display of illuminated Bibles written in Ge’ez, Ethiopia’s oldest language .several birding species in the lush forest surrounding the lake then have lunch and continue drive to thundering water fall of “Tise (smoke) Abay” based on your choose.
  • Day 3: Drive to Gondar
    Drive to Gondar and have lunch; afternoon visit the royal compound palace Fasil Ghebbi (Registered as World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979) In Gondar there are dozens of castles built by various emperors over the course of 236 years. Debre Birhan Selassie church meaning ‘Trinity at the mount of Light’ is the most beautiful church in Ethiopia which is located at the summit of a hill and surrounded by fortified walls, the monasteries of Kusquom, kings bath, Felasha(Jew) village, and a wonderful evening  in the traditional restaurant. overnight hotel
  • Day4: Fly to Axum
    Morning after breakfast transfer out fly to Axum (which is registered as World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980) and visit monolithic stelae/obelisks, the tombs of King Kaleb which is 6th century ruler, the legendary Bath and the ruins of ancient palace of the Queen of Sheba, relic of Ark of covenant palace and 16th –century Emperor Fasilidas cathedral of St. Mary Zion church. Afternoon after having lunch, Excursion to the south stelae compound, visit Archeological museum, remains Tomb mausoleum, Monastery and painting, famous inscription of Ezana which is written in three language (Greek, Sabbean, Geez), chapel in the middle of St Mary of Zion and Overnight overnight hotel.
  • Day 5: Fly to Lalibela
    Morning flight to Lalibela (Registered as World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1978) after having breakfast visit which is famous for its rock hewn churches such as Bete Mariam, Bete Giorgis, Bete Michael dating back 800 years. This is the most important stop from the historic route of these 11 churches, carved into the rugged mountain side and present an awesome spectacular view. The rock-hewn churches that we will be visiting this afternoon include: Bete Gebriel, Bete Merkorios, Bete Amanuel, Bethlehem and Bete Aba Libanos return to hotel.
  • Day 6: Drive to the 2nd and 3rd churches
    Afternoon Then continue to visit long journey and marvelous history a visit to other the 2nd and 3rd churches of St. Lalibela remarkable churches church Yemerhana Christos/Naktolaab/Ashete Mariam by mule and Afternoon fly to Addis Ababa; Evening farewell dinner at traditional Habesha restaurant transfer out to Airport to departure.
  • Day 7: Drive to Awash national park
    Game drive in Awash NP to see Beisa Oryx, Warthogs, Soemmerring’s Gazelle, Salt’s Dik-Diks, lesser Kudus, and if lucky, you may spot crocodiles in the Awash River. Among the more than 400 species of birds found in park, six endemic birds of Ethiopia can be seen in the park i.e. – Barbed Barbet, Golden Backed Woodpecker, White Winged Cliff Chat, White Tailed Starling, Thick Billed Raven, and Wattled Ibis. Then, head to a viewpoint to see the superb views of the Awash River Gorge. Overnight Lodge
  • Day 8: Drive to Harrar
    Full day explore the walled city of Harar. With its colourful markets, countless mosques and shrines, and unique Harari people and houses. Overnight in Harar.
  • Day 9: Drive to Dire Dawa to fly back in the afternoon to Addis Ababa.
